We will be posting daily new and informative information to help you deal with Congestive Heart Failure. There are a half of million newly diagnosed cases of Congestive Heart Failure a year. We will be bringing informative articles, recipes, videos and more regarding CHF.

We struggle to find support groups designed to minister to those suffering from CHF. We ask if you know of a support group meeting in your area that you would let us know so that it may be posted in our Support Group area.

Holiday Nut Roll - Low Sodium

Holiday Nut Roll
8 cups flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 stick Fleischmans unsalted Margarine
5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt substitute
2 cups of warm milk
Filling:
1 lb. ground nuts (walnuts are best)
1 1/2 - 2 cups golden raisins
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Fleischmans unsalted Margarine
